Belair Lake is a residential complex in Voluntari, on the shore of a lake: three buildings with 63 homes, completed in 2023. Bright façades, upper volumes clad in brick, accents of warm ceramic cladding, generous terraces and lower-ground gardens.

Used wherever there's enough space: the entrance sign, the website's home page, the association's documents. On light backgrounds use the colour version; on dark backgrounds, the dark version.

The horizontal logo with the tagline „The residents' guide, for good neighbours”, set tightly under the name and aligned to its width. Used only in the website footer.

The symbol without text is used on small items (stickers, access cards) or when the name already appears nearby. The icon keeps only the building and the water, because at small sizes the trees can no longer be made out. It becomes the favicon, the WhatsApp group profile picture and the app icon.
Belair Lake · Residents' guideFor engraving, stamps, black-and-white printing, embroidery or over photos. The white version works over photos and over the brand green.
The green comes from the original logo, the turquoise from the waves. Backgrounds use cream or white, and the dark version uses a very dark green.
